8Twelve Mortgage

I bring a rare combination of expertise to real estate: I'm a licensed Real Estate Agent and a licensed Assoc. Mortgage Broker, which means I understand both sides of a transaction — the home itself and the financing behind it. While it's permitted to offer both mortgage and real estate services on the same transaction, I choose to act in only one capacity at a time — ethically separating the two roles so your representation stays clear, unbiased, and free of conflict. With a background in marketing and years of experience as an educator, my approach is rooted in clarity — I believe informed clients make confident decisions, and I take the time to walk you through every step, not just the paperwork. I'm also proud to serve Nova Scotia's Filipino community, offering guidance that feels personal, approachable, and grounded in trust. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current one, or trying to understand what a mortgage really means for your future, I'm here to make sure you're informed today — and secure tomorrow.
